1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

3 Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions that unlock additional features such as premium voices, audio effects, themes, and unlimited announcements. The following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and over time.

4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

5 No Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements.

6 Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage and to detect and fix crashes and performance issues. This helps us improve the App's reliability. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy: https://speakingclock.wallzy.app/privacy-policy.

7 Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, voices, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of spoken time announcements. You should not rely on the App as your sole source for time-critical or safety-critical purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that:

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; any support questions should be directed to us.
• In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list.
